Every August, here in the Dallas Area, the talented and fascinating Gerald Jones hosts and directs Acoustic Music Camp. In a few short years, this camp has experienced great success with its lineup of talented musician-teachers. Additionally, Gerald has secured a Comfortable location central to Dallas and Fort Worth, caters a number of meals and snacks, and designs lots of opportunities for jamming and networking for all musicians, beginners to advanced.

Here’s the big news. Chuck Lee Banjo Company is offering a scholarship this year to Acoustic Music Camp.

We would like to provide free tuition (a $345 value!) for 1 student, (travel and lodging not included). We will also feature the winner here on our blog. Send your paragraph, with name, address, phone number to AcousticMusicCamp2009@ChuckLeeBanjos.com . Things to consider including would be past experience, musical interest, favorite color……and so on.
